This is a license agreement between you (“You“ or “Member”) and MASSIMO RIGHI 3D PTE LTD (“me). By downloading Models from MASSIMO RIGHI 3D PTE LTD website or receiving them from me, you accept the terms of this license agreement below.
This Agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore.
All licences are Royalty free means that you pay the license for a Model once . It’s lifetime so you do not need to pay an additional fee.
All licenses are for commercial use and grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable and perpetual royalty-free personal and commercial license to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit and display, in whole or in part, the Model, as incorporated in a Product in any and all media for all Permitted Uses other than those uses prohibited by the Restrictions below or without acquiring an extended license, if applicable.
.Website use, advertising, social media , software, books, magazines or blogs;
.Video or Electronic – the Product must be used in a proprietary format and the Product displays within the game during play, users cannot distribute or resell the Product or the Models even partially within metaverse;
.Audio Visual : including film, television, multimedia or animation;
.Printed books and advertising, billboards, tradeshows, packaging.
.No sale/resales of the Models or Derivative Models even partially.
.No false Authorship . You cannot falsely express, that You are the original creator of a work that derives from the downloaded Models.Evem If a model has been substantually modified you have to specify that the base model is not your own creation.
.NFTs use and tokenization of the models is not permitted
.You are responsible for the security and data protection of the Models is every scenario.
Individual
it’s applicable to an individual (including but not limited to freelancer, amateur, and student) with an annual income that does not exceed $100,000 USD; this license does NOT grant the licensee to share the model with any other individual or entity.
If a company purchases this license for an employee, this model can only be used by the designated employee and this company’s annual income must not exceed $100,000 USD.
Physical (3D printed) End Products. Limited to 5 copies for personal use only.
Individual License restrictions and not applicable:
Breaching the terms of the license agreement will lead to automatic license revocation, license termination and incurring in legal liabilities.
Indie
It’s applicable to team, or other entities with an annual income not exceeding $2,000,000 USD; all team members can use the model(s).
